Schnee於2021年加入擴道，擔任副總監。她曾在中國﹑德國﹑西班牙﹑丹麥及葡萄牙修讀建築，以歐盟建築工程師碩士畢業。
在加入擴道之前，Schnee曾在知名設計事務所就職，包括德國斯圖加特的Herr Mueller Architect Buero和奧地利維也納的Coop Himmelb(l)au Wolf D. Prix & Partner。Schnee在2016回流中國，並於成都Aedas擔任BIM Design建築信息模型設計的領導；在2017年，她開設了自己的事務所，致力建築和室內設計。
