Chengdu Greenland Centre 468 located in Dongcun District 22km South East of Chengdu’s City Centre. The founders of QUAD studio started designing the commercial plots of Greenland Centre 468 back in 2012 and was finally completed in July this year. QUAD is very excited that the project has been successfully completed creating an innovative place of destination for visitors and guests a like.
The commercial street covers an area of about 22,000 sqm providing special boutique restaurants and high-end retail. The unique glacier architectural design creates a remarkable commercial street. It complements and connects the neighbouring Ito Plaza and super high-rise podiums which combines high-end commercial and multicultural elements.
