• Interior Designer & Senior Interior Designer

  Duties & Requirements:

  • Prepare preliminary design concepts that are functional
  • Strong Design sensibility, collaborate with design director and team to deliver of Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Workplace Projects
  • Develop strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and
  • Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects from concept through to completion
  • Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team
  • Coordinate with client and consultants
  • Experience in Design Documentation from design package and technical drawings for ID projects
  • Understand the project process, specification and documentation of furniture, furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product description
  • Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Interior Designer / FF&E Designer

  Duties & Requirements:

  • Help develop and execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project team
  • Communicate project status to seniors on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with project team
  • Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project
  • Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details and prepare budget estimation
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time
  • Liaising with design team ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and on budget
  • Working on project ‘fit-outs’ and overseeing the installation of FF&E alongside contractors
  • Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company
  • Keep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
