The residential units at The Arles in Fotan by Centralcon went on sale on the 1st October 2021. According to Ta Kung Po in 15th October, 2021, this number of cheques deposited for the flats was of the excess of 27,000 which is 49 time oversubscribed. At the time of counting, cheque deposits were still being counting making The Arles the second highest for the number of cheques deposited in History. On the 18th October 2021, Ta Kung Po announced that in the past 48hours, Arles was the best-selling residential units by far out selling the next bestselling residential units by 99.8%.
