We are trilled to have our Chengdu NBD Centre featured on the latest issue of polis Magazine for Urban Development.
Led by Design Partners Kelvin Chu and Wai Tang together with Dalu Architecture, the 171,650m2 riverfront mixed used development in Chengdu became the first project to be designed at the Jiaozi Park business district.
Standing at 120m high, the twin towers consist of Office, Retail and Cultural facilities clustered around a multi-level of public realm. Inspired by the blending mountainous terrain of Sichuan and the beautiful manmade contour landscapes, we create an artistic interpretation of ‘mystic mountains above the cultural valley’, a perfect backdrop of Jiaozi Park.
