Populus X Construction update

Earlier this month, our Founding Partner Kelvin Chu attended the topping out of the superstructure at our TOD Mixed-Use Development in Pinghu, Populus X - Ganghong Roughu Phase 4 in Shenzhen, China. Development is expected to be completed in Fall this year.

Populus X is located in between many large scale developments in the city of Pinghu including Pinghu Station.

We use pedestrian foot bridges to link up the adjacent sites together. The porosity of the podium welcomes and attracts visitor into the heart of the development where we have created an Urban Oasis and an Urban Green Enclave.
