In this competitive season, Kerry Qinhuangdao Sales Centre Café Bar and Kerry Centre Beijing Sales Lounge wins MUSE Design Silver Award for Interior Design of Showroom / Exhibition and Restaurants & Bars of the MUSE Design Award. Congratulations to our teams in pursuing excellence in delivering innovative designs and coordinating with constructors to ensure smooth construction of various projects.
MUSE Design Award is a series of competitions hosted by the International Awards Associate (IAA), an organization that has continuously strived to honor creatives and designers for their excellence.
Kerry Centre Beijing Sales Lounge
Sales Lounge is located in Beijing, Kerry Centre L28 Sales Centre displays the Habitat residential unit in Qinhuangdao. QUAD creates a simple yet elegant sales centre based on Habitat Residence contemporary design style. Consisting of a discussion area and two VIP lounges, the sales centre integrates different senses to provide an elevated level of services to the visitors.
Kerry Qinhuangdao Sales Centre Café Bar
Located in Habitat Sales Centre in between of ‘Natural Boulevard’ and ‘Contemporary Art Boulevard’, Café Bar has a simple and elegant design providing a social media check-in spot that blends the sea into the sales centre. The café bar is a hybrid of nature and cultural art.
The sales centre is located in Qinhuangdao, Hebei. With sufficient natural resources, Qinhuangdao is a popular coastal leisure tourism location that attracts citizens within the nation to purchase vocation properties. Consists of two floors, the sales centre displays the high-end Habitat residential project which integrates the cultural space and art exhibition hall. The first floor consists of art exhibition, cultural centre, office, café bar and VIP lounge; there are model displays, installation exhibition and co-working space on the second floor.
