The design concept combined this colonial architecture with aspects of the Italian Renaissance Palazzo (Grand residence). It is a classically-informed modern response to the streetscape around Chinatown, Katong areas. The quality of the architecture and distinctiveness of the use will add to the richness and character to the adjacent neighbourhood.
The Elite Collection in Singapore received great praise from Residents and Visitors on how this development has transformed Rangoon Road. In Mid-September, QUAD studio revisited The Elite Phase 1 and 2 in twilight to share with you how well designed and well executed piece of architecture can transform a streetscape and the surrounding neighbourhood.
With Phase 3 on the drawing board, QUAD studio aims to further enhance Rangoon Road into a place of destination for fine F&B, and lifestyle.
