During July 6 to July 7, 2024, the 10th CREDAWARD Awards Ceremony was successfully held at the Qiantan 31 Performing Arts Center in Shanghai.
The project「C Future Office」 submitted by QUAD received unanimous praise from domestic experts for their exceptional design and innovation. It stood out among 746 entries worldwide, winning the Merit Award in the interior design category.

"CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Awards, initiated by DJSER in 2014, is a prestigious international design award in the industry, with a total of 8,401 entries from domestic and overseas design institutions in 26 countries and regions. The organising committee adheres to the 16-word evaluation criteria of "architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic benefits", and is regarded by the industry as one of the "most challenging awards" due to its rigorous selection process, open selection mode, and stringent award mechanism.

C Future Office-Merit Award
The C Future Office is located on the 56th floor of the C Future City office tower in Shenzhen, it is a private business club which is designed for the needs of the people working in the C Future City. The C Future Office is aimed to inspire people to work differently, the spatial design encourages people to be more social and collaborative, reinventing the office as a social gathering space rather than an efficient work space. It will accommodate a series of spaces which can adapt the current and future needs of the office.
