Despite a challenging global economy in 2025, QUAD has successfully explored its diverse potential across a wide range of projects. We operated in multiple countries and at various scales, leveraging our flexibility and collaborative culture. Our portfolio expanded from large-scale urban masterplans and rail infrastructure to iconic cultural buildings and bespoke interior spaces.

Working within varied cultural contexts, we are united by a belief that creativity is the driving force behind delivering unique and successful projects. We look forward to continuing to explore new opportunities around the world in the coming year.

Projects

MNAST

QUAD studio in collaboration with BENY Architects were selected finalist for the relaunched International Competition by Rabat Région Aménagements for National Museum of Archaeology and Earth Sciences (MNAST) in Rabat.

New Rabat Racecourse

QUAD Studio in collaboration with BENY Architects, and KLI was selected as finalists in the esteemed international competition to conceptualize Rabat’s new racecourse, hosted by SOREC.

NBD Centre

A competition we won in 2021, the NBD Centre is nearing topping up. Located at Guixi Ecological Park within the Jiaozi Park Business District in Chengdu, the 120m high twin towers overlooks the Jinjiang River and the Chengdu Skyline beyond.

Tunnel of Future Innovation

In 2024, City University of Hong Kong has appointed QUAD to Design & Build the Tunnel of Future Innovation. Recognizing its importance as a major access point to the university, the existing tunnel was transformed into a captivating public space that embodies the vision of CityUHK as a globally connected institution.

Metrospiral

QUAD Interiors designed and completed a modern penthouse duplex that seamlessly blends form, function, and art in the heart of Shenyang | Metrospiral

Star World Horizon Heen

The Horizon Heen in the Star World Hotel Macau is an exclusive private VIP club. Members can indulge in a curated selection of world class amenities, all designed around the core principles of absolute privacy and exclusivity.

Vitaglam

Vitaglam is a completely new definition of an aesthetic clinic, tailor-made for a community of like-minded individuals united in the pursuit of holistic beauty, health, and well-being.

Gang Hong HQ Building

Located in Longgang in Shenzhen, Ganghong Headquarter office is near completion. Sitting opposite to the SOM tower at Longang Tian’an Cyber Park, the two iconic 200m Towers will become the gateway into the Longgang district.

Rethink the Future

QUAD studio’s founding partner Wai Tang was delighted to return to the University of Westminster School of Architecture in London. He shared his insights into the work developed at QUAD, talking about diverse opportunities and challenges within the architectural practice.

AI in Architecture

On 16th July 2025, QUAD Founding Partner Kelvin Chu was invited as a panelist to the Build4Asia Future Forum | AI in Architecture Organized by PRC magazine. He shares his view towards how AI is influencing the field of designing architecture.
