Founded in 2017, QUAD Studio has designed a variety of projects with footprints across continents. Offices located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the client base and project experience have been significantly developing as well as our reputation and the size of the team. Besides architecture and urban design, QUAD has allocated abundant resources to work on interiors, landscape and branding designs. Especially for interiors, the team interacts closely with architecture team and creates interconnected projects that satisfy and amaze clients. Fundamental Philosophy of QUAD Interiors
The fundamental philosophy of QUAD studio flows into the realm of Interior Design with a team focusing in place making and creating the right dogma befitting for the context wherever that may be. No two spaces are the same. No matter how you experience the space, whether by volume or by tactile objects, the way these elements come together changes your behaviour and the way you interact with the space.
Unlike Architecture, Interiors invades your personal space. Hence our designers have to be sensitive to manipulate this space so that it compliments the mood of that individual. QUAD believes that a person enters a space for a particular reason, whether it is to work, relax, distraction, or just plain self-enjoyment. As well as to understand the functions of each space, we need also understand that individual so that we can make a bespoke space for that individual.
Sean Leung officially becomes a new partner of QUAD Interiors
Sean Leung, who joined QUAD in 2019 as Design Director of Interiors, officially becomes our new partner of QUAD Interiors. Sean will oversee all the interiors projects and lead the interior team to further their success. Pursued to achieve unique designs and innovative presentation, Sean is dedicated to strengthen the team to deliver excellent designs and services to clients. Being observative and caring, Sean is a friendly leader who strongly believes in team efforts. He recognizes hard work and encourages transparent communication among teams in QUAD to work as One QUAD which is one of the core ideas that QUAD values the most – creative polymath.
In prior to joining QUAD, Sean was an Associate Director at Aedas Interiors with over 18 years of interior design experience. His comprehensive experience has cultivated his ability to design diversified projects for different sectors and to efficiently manage the team even under great pressure and tight deadlines. With a portfolio of designing hospitality, high-end restaurants and residential at Aedas, Sean has completed remarkable projects as in C Future Lab, Suining Q Hotel and One Point One One at QUAD over the year.
With Sean’s professional ability and charismatic personalities, QUAD believes that he will be capable of marketing the industry and leading QUAD Interiors to achieve the goals by creating more outstanding projects around the globe.
